About Me

Hi, I'm Louise! I'm a Certified Holistic Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach, founder of Little Sleep Space™, and proud wife and mummy to two boys, living in West Yorkshire, UK.

Our sleep journey began in 2019 after the birth of our first son. After battling sleep deprivation for over two and a half years, I became obsessed with sleep!

This led me to study about biologically normal infant sleep and achieve my degree-level certification as a Holistic Sleep Coach.

As a mother, I understand firsthand the struggles of sleep deprivation and it's impact on families.

That's why I created Little Sleep Space™—to support exhausted parents in getting better sleep, more rest and peace.

My Training

I studied with the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program, one of the most comprehensive, science-backed, evidence-based, and responsive sleep coaching programs internationally.

The program is led by Dr. Lyndsey Hookway, clinical director and co-founder, who is a well-respected healthcare professional, IBCLC, author, teacher, and mentor.

With insights from world-renowned guest experts, the program has provided me with comprehensive knowledge and expertise to support families effectively.

I have completed my degree-level certification in Holistic Sleep Coaching, accredited at Level 6 through the Open College Network, the largest vocational body in the UK.

My Approach

As a Holistic Sleep Coach, I recognise that every child and family is unique and offer a personalised approach. When working with families, I consider a broad range of factors that may be influencing your child's sleep including:

  • Family Dynamics: Understanding the interactions and rhythms within your family.

I value your expertise as a parent and am dedicated to creating gentle, responsive strategies that foster secure attachments, prioritise bonding and align with your parenting values. I aim to empower you to trust your instincts, offering non-judgemental and compassionate support

By prioritising family-centred care and valuing you as the expert on your child, I ensure strategies are guided by your child's best interests. With education on biologically normal infant sleep and responsive feeding, I promote realistic expectations and provide holistic care for your family.
